Ceramex North America is seeking a Manufacturing & Product Engineer to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of diesel emissions restoration products and manufacturing processes. This role supports DPF, DOC, and emissions-system products while driving operational efficiency, product reliability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Functions:

    Develop and improve manufacturing processes for DPF, DOC, SCR, clamps, gaskets, and related products.

    Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, throughput, waste reduction, and cost savings.

    Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process validation activities.

    Optimize tooling, equipment utilization, workflow, and manufacturing efficiency.

    Develop work instructions, process documentation, and operator training materials.

    Support product validation testing, engineering changes, and new product introductions.

    Analyze product performance data to identify reliability improvements and failure trends.

    Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, OEMs, and suppliers.

    Maintain compliance with OEM, EPA, quality, safety, and environmental standards.

    Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, SPC, and process improvement programs.

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.

    3–7 years of manufacturing or product engineering experience preferred.

    Experience with diesel emissions systems, heavy-duty diesel, automotive, or industrial manufacturing preferred.

    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.

    Knowledge of CAD systems, ERP/MRP software, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Hours:  Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
