What You’ll Do:
Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, products, and equipment
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Develop, test, and validate engineering solutions
Troubleshoot production and technical issues with practical, data-driven solutions
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and performance
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field)
2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
