- Partner with leadership to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Oversee maintenance planning and support reliable equipment performance.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production operations.
- Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding standards.
- CWI certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in an AISC-certified fabrication shop or a comparable environment.
- Background managing large, heavy, and complex fabricated steel projects.
- Knowledge of SSPC and ASTM coating requirements.
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes, manufacturing workflows, and production best practices.
- Experience overseeing departments such as Receiving, Inventory, CNC Processing, Fabrication, Welding, Paint, and Shipping.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to recognize operational challenges and implement effective process improvements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
