YOUR ROLE

As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.

In your daily job you will:

• Ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.

• Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.

• Execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.

• Implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.

• Coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.

• Promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.

• Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related

• English level intermediate

• +3 years of experience in manufacturing

• MS Office

• Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration

• Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
