About the role:
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, to maximise efficiencies in productivity levels while maintaining product integrity and quality. You will manage all production operations, working closely with a collaborative leadership team and Site Manager.
Tasks & responsibilities

  • Positive leadership and development of people to ensure alignment with personal and business goals;
  • Effective allocation of plant resources, including people resources and capital.
  • Measure production performance and costs, analyse results and initiate corrective action as required to achieve optimum results;
  • Proactively seek opportunities for cost reduction and improved productivity, including process and performance improvements, waste reduction, increased safety, reduced financial spend etc.;
  • Champion quality, safety and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory responsibilities in Food Safety;
  • Cross collaboration with all functions across site and Watties Kraft Heinz to share knowledge and deliver best practice results.


Qualifications & experience

  • Must have manufacturing management experience.
  • Must have leadership abilities, positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as work effectively with all associates.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Understanding of requirements and importance of documentation. (Can understand and write WIs, SOPs, OPLs.)
