- Contribute to the successful execution of the company’s annual plan and translate business priorities into clear manufacturing objectives.
- Establish, monitor and control department KPIs, ensuring clear ownership, timely reviews and corrective actions where required.
- Define manufacturing strategies, standard rules, work procedures and operating rhythms that support quality, lead-time, cost and delivery performance.
Ensure resources, capacity and manpower plans are aligned with portfolio requirements and on-time delivery commitments.
Operational Excellence and Cross-Functional Execution
Lead world-class manufacturing practices and continuously improve manufacturing processes, flow, productivity, lead time and cost performance.
- Partner with Procurement, Project, Engineering, Industrialization, HR, Finance and other departments to implement company policies, goals and cross-functional improvements.
- Select, maintain and improve manufacturing equipment, tools and work areas so that teams can perform their tasks safely, effectively and efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing management or capital-equipment maintenance.
Proven managerial and people-leadership experience in an organization with more than 50 employees.
Flexible, adaptable and willing to adjust to business priorities and company needs.
Proactive personality with a curious mindset and strong willingness to learn.
Able to analyze and solve complex manufacturing and operational problems.
Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills across all organizational levels.
- IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
