POSITION SUMMARY
Detail oriented and innovative manufacturing engineering Process and IE (industrial engineering) to develop, improve and optimize operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands on experience in mfg process engineering, and a passion for driving productivity and quality.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet Departmental goals on Cost, Responsiveness & Quality objectives
• Develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards
• Track & manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget
• Establish preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Supervise and train subordinates and implements company policy
• Support new product/process start-ups/transfers and change management
• Support the planning and executing yield/quality/process/UPH/machine/OEE improvement initiatives
• Support in developing and promoting new technologies and processes
• Support engineering team to improve manufacturing system / processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Production/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Process
