Job Description

  • Assist in the implementation and verification of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.

  • Support the development and update of risk assessments at workstations.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, procedures, etc.).

  • Create technical drawings using CAD software to support engineering changes and improvements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process standardization projects.

  • Analyze manufacturing data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions, providing input and ideas for process enhancements.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.

  • Support quality control processes by conducting inspections and documenting results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Active student in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

  • Strong documentation and teamwork skills.

  • Availability for a minimum 6-month internship.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and manufacturing techniques.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
