The Role
Provide onsite engineering support for manufacturing cells: execute equipment work orders, FAI/QT, NC/CAPA ownership, equipment validation, change control, and safety/quality investigations. Support process improvement projects, data analysis, financial metrics, and mentor technicians.

Base Business (75%):

  • Practical/Technical understanding within cell.

  • Day-to-day cell support.

  • Equipment work orders, CDF, FAI, QT execution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering

  • Effectively convey ideas and instructions to technicians and operators.

  • Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing issues.

  • Develop long-term strategies for manufacturing processes.

  • Lead small teams or projects, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.

  • Mentorship to technicians.

  


United States of America Pay Ranges:

$83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual

  


Travel Percentage: 10%
