Improve manufacturability, yield, quality, and reliability for power products by setting up and modifying production equipment and processes, ramping new products, managing projects, analyzing process data to prevent excursions, and working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

  • Lead or assist in setting up equipment, production lines and processes & implement process changes and equipment modifications.

  • Participate in reviews to ensure design for manufacturability best practices are followed. Ramp new products released from R&D while monitoring performance and driving improvements.

  • Create and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures.

  • Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.

  • Work directly with contract manufacturing engineering and manufacturing personnel and equipment suppliers.

Job Requirement

  • 3 years or more of experience in a manufacturing field with Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Process, or Industrial Engineering or Applied Science

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative and project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing improvements, manage changes and implement solutions. Ability to work with a sense of urgency

  • Working knowledge and experience with engineering tools such as FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Design of Experiments and structured problem solving methods (8D, 5-Why, DMAIC)

  • Experience delivering results to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in semiconductor Final test/Wafer Probe/Burn In Test

  • Experience in prober / burn in equipment

  • Experience in tester and basic debugging skill

  • Experience in probe card maintenance & management

  • Expertise with continuous improvement tools / techniques (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and JMP for data review/analytical studies.

  • Expertise with project management and Semiconductor manufacturing (Wafer probe and burn in test)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Process, or Industrial Engineering or Applied Science
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing field
