Job Description.
Support new RFQs, CAD drawings, router creation, and project management as a priority. Secondary tasks will be to support production and help to drive key strategic initiatives for the business across multiple groups (Engineering/Production/Quality). Currently, the Engineering role is multi-faceted involving sales activities, project management, quality support, and CI for process improvement. In order to accelerate growth in the long term, the Engineering Group will need to continue to bring in new talent that learns from the seasoned team members in effort to drive and execute on new business opportunities.

Education/Experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years of industry or related experience

- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
Physical Requirements.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,600 – $138,700 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
