Your activities
- You will support the daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Monitor and improve production processes and workflows
- You will coordinate and manage shop-floor operators and shift activities
- Identify production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- You will support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and quality standards
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics teams
- Prepare and analyze basic production reports and KPIs using SAP and MS Office
Your experience
- A technical background / studies with mechanical Engineering preferred (or related engineering field)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate operators on the shop floor
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
- Basic understanding of safety and quality systems
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of SAP
