Role Summary:
Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including tasks like analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, designing equipment layouts, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Responsibilities:

- Designing equipment layouts, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Designs fixtures needed to support the manufacturing process and develops manufacturing drawings for intermediate steps in the manufacturing process for production parts.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts including VSM, Line balancing, Workshop flow designing etc.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tools fixtures, drawing GD&T etc.
- Valve assembly and testing, troubleshooting of assembly issues
Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering minimum 3-6Yr or experience.
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Communication Skills
