The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to coordinate and support new project launches, process developments, safety, quality and productivity improvement projects.
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate equipment new launches, process development and modification to meet cost target, product quality, safety and sustainability;
- support to other departments for safety, quality and productivity improvement;
- work with Sales, Manufacturing and Quality to define manufacturing strategy, capital and direct costs to set business plans for new projects;
- create and manage the process documentation for the new and existing projects;
- support to other departments to increase ergonomic working condition, safety of use and reduce quality problems or customer complaints;
- take part in the feasibility process for the new products (Design Review);
- leading or supporting in international team work;
- verify the uptime rate of production equipment propose new strategy / manufacturing improvement to reduce costs and / or improve equipment capacity.
