What You’ll Do
Improve and Innovate: Lead and support impactful projects that enhance manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
Solve Technical Challenges: Use your engineering expertise to troubleshoot issues and develop creative, practical solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Quality, R&D, and other departments to integrate new products and technologies into production.
Mentor and Support Others: Share your knowledge and experience to help develop junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning.
Represent the Team: Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Ensure Compliance: Participate in validation and quality assurance activities, ensuring all work meets regulatory and company standards.
Who You Are
You’re a high-potential engineer with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow. You’re collaborative, curious, and committed to making a difference.
Your Background:
Education: Level 7 STEM qualification (engineering or science preferred)
Experience: 4+ years
Experience across sectors like tech, food, or pharma is welcome
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel as required
Location: Within 1-hour radius preferred; must have reliable transport (car or public transit)
