o Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree from an accredited institution with 3-7 years of professional engineering experience
o Master's Degree in Engineering with 0-3 years of professional engineering experience
o 2-year Technical Degree or Journeyman card with a minimum of 10 years applicable experience

* Experience in an automative related field preferred.
