As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Communicating with headquarters to connect and transfer new product/technology knowledge transfer and localization.
Solving technical problems for the centrifugal pump production line (assembly and testing) within the manufacturing plant.
Leading LEAN projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Handling standardized manufacturing processes, setting up guidelines for choosing the right actions.
Training and supporting production team for new products and processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (related to mechanical/centrifugal pump).
Have a minimum of three years' experience as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer in the mechanical manufacturing industry. Experience with pump products is an advantage.
Be familiar with API standards.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English.
Have good interpersonal, good communication and team working skills.
Be familiar with AutoCAD of Solidworks software.
Be able to comprehend technical drawing, technical documents, manufacturing standards and BOM.
