You will play an important role in strengthening how products are built, helping teams solve production challenges, improve consistency, and support the introduction of new products and tooling.
Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Analyze production data to reduce waste, downtime, and rework.
- Support new product introduction, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Experience with process validation and tooling development.
- Experience using ERP systems to support production planning and inventory accuracy, along with hands-on experience with CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working closely with production supervisors, quality teams, and new product introduction teams.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus opportunities
