You will play an important role in strengthening how products are built, helping teams solve production challenges, improve consistency, and support the introduction of new products and tooling.

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Analyze production data to reduce waste, downtime, and rework.
  • Support new product introduction, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience with process validation and tooling development.
  • Experience using ERP systems to support production planning and inventory accuracy, along with hands-on experience with CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working closely with production supervisors, quality teams, and new product introduction teams.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site)

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus opportunities

Skills Required
