What You’ll Do:
- Drive process improvements that boost efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Partner with design engineers to bring complex ideas to life in the shop.
- Develop tools, fixtures, and layouts that keep our teams productive.
- Lead continuous improvement projects with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Be the go-to problem-solver on the production floor.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant experience).
- CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- A knack for troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
