Key Responsibilities VPI & Manufacturing Readiness- Lead VPI (Value Package Introduction) projects to ensure full manufacturing readiness.
- Plan, design, procure, and implement manufacturing equipment and system changes aligned with product and business requirements.
- Validate process capability and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards prior to launch.
- Manage change management activities related to new product and process introductions.
- Lead resolution of manufacturing line quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
