Für unseren Produktionsstandort Haan suchen wir einen engagierten und praxisorientierten Manufacturing Engineer / Fertigungsingenieur (m/w/d), der unsere Produktionsprozesse aktiv optimiert und weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen und Fertigungsabläufen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Produktivität und Effizienz sowie Qualität und Prozessstabilität
  • Aktive Rolle im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP / Shopfloor-Optimierung)
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen (Root Cause / Troubleshooting) und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
  • Unterstützung der Produktion bei technischen Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierungen
  • Begleitung von Neuanläufen, Inbetriebnahmen und Prozessänderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und Qualität
  • Mitarbeit bei der Auslegung und Beschaffung von Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Nutzung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Identifikation und Steuerung von Verbesserungen
  • Die Position ist eng an die Produktion angebunden und erfordert eine hohe Präsenz im Shopfloor
  • Priorisierung und strukturierte Abarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Produktionsumfeld

Minimum Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld (Industrial / Process / Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung sowie Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsdaten und KPIs sowie deren strukturierte Auswertung
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von datengetriebenen Produktionsprozessen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit nah an Produktion und Anlagen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bevorzugte Qualifikation:

  • Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden (z. B. KVP, 5S, Shopfloor-Management)
  • Kenntnisse in MES-Systemen, Datenbanken oder vergleichbaren Systemen

Skills Required

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
  • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment (Industrial/Process/Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Practical experience in process optimization and root-cause analysis/troubleshooting
  • Experience working with production data and KPIs and performing structured analysis
  • Interest in developing data-driven production processes
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to work closely on the shopfloor
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Fluent German and English
  • Knowledge of Lean methods (e.g., KVP, 5S, Shopfloor-Management)
  • Experience with MES systems, databases or comparable systems
