As part of the Manufacturing Design Team, you are responsible for the post process of painting, polishing, anodizing, powder coating and CNC process, and offering the best user experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:- Post-process development for UI Products from PoC to PP
- Reviews SOP/process parameters and SIP during project development with mechanical suppliers.
- Leads and drives suppliers on product troubleshooting, and improving the process.
- Develop new resin/paint to meet product requirements.
- Cosmetic issue analysis and debugging with suppliers.
- Implements the reliability tests and analyzes the root cause, and solves.
- Work with PD / MPD / MESR / MTE / MQE to develop UI products.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience in network communication or consumer electronics products.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastic and metal post-process of mechanical products.
- Familiar with reviewing post-process SOP / Inspection / Reliability Test.
- Flexible to travel among Supplier sites in Taiwan, China, and Vietnam
- Experience with tooling design or molding over 3 years.
- Experience with mechanical design in network communication or consumer electronics products.
- Industrial background with networking equipment and surveillance is welcome.
- Strong and ambitious personality to drive improvement with communication skills
- Fluency in English writing and speaking.
