We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Aguascalientes. The Cybersecurity specialist is responsible for defining the manufacturing network security standard, besides defining the policies for Patch / Server & Cloud Policy Management focused on homologating technologies and improving the cost across the NMEX plants. The responsible also needs to define the kind of infrastructure that the plant needs to implement: firewall, engine for traffic analysis, early detection tools and environment anomalies that can compromise and escalate a bigger affectation in chase of any security challenge for an internal or external source, including OS, virtual schemes for server hosting and manufacturing network.  Antivirus selection and upgrade for both servers and workstations, port management and security rules will be established to create a very robust, documented control to any change should be applied to environments that are dedicated to producing vehicles.

The responsible will also be the window person to design, implement and secure access to the cloud, and define both the path and secure way to expose information created inside the plant via DMZ configuration and use of Internet resources available at the NMEX Digital side and NMEX Manufacturing as well.

The Regional Cybersecurity specialist is highly desirable to be a CISCO certificated technologist able to coordinate the efforts with the other plants and support specialized solutions required to improve connectivity, backup management and secure access for the information kept and created in the NMEX plants.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Define security policies and change coordinator for NMEX plants
  • Coordinate with N&S regional leaders, local plant specialists the policy and documentation for secure environment operation
  • Define the infrastructure and updates to keep the best architecture inside the NMEX plants and diminish the risk for a security breakdown caused by an internal / external agent
  • Planning and equipment refresh execution: cybersecurity management
  • Interact with Network and Server specialists to warrantee the correct antivirus software and network monitoring, and secure the endpoints at all NMEX facilities
  • Benchmark architecture and connectivity solutions regionally with NNA
  • Preventive maintenance planning and regional criteria definition
  • NMEX Regional Supplier control
  • Regional Manufacturing point of contact for security infrastructure definitions
  • Coordinate with each plant new installations and modification planning and execution.
  • Network, server and endpoints security audit.
  • Regional CAPEX projects coordination with each plant
  • Identify and proposal of new technologies applicable.
  • Regional MFG Documentation for MFG NMEX security responsible will coordinate with Network senior specialist the policies and information available regionally for the NMEX plants.    

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Systems Engineer / Network & Servers
  • 1 – 3 years of experience
  • Experienced with FTD management, EDR, XDR and NDR tools, backup management tools
  • Data Network administration (at least 1 -3 years of previous experience)
  • Server Administration (HP, CISCO solutions)
  • Experience at wide network implementation (CORE, distribution solutions, wireless)
  • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud & data warehousing)
  • Computer Skills: MS (Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V), VMware, Cisco environment management.
  • Competencies: leadership, supplier management, and project management, highly self-organized.
  • Language: Fluent English level
  • Travel %: 50-50 (able to travel USA, Brazil)

Desired:

  • CCNA Certified Specialist (CISCO)
  • Automotive – manufacturing related support
