Job Summary: The Manufacturing Associate supports daily production operations by helping keep production running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role includes material handling, assisting with manufacturing activities, maintaining work areas, and supporting the team wherever needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
  • Inspect products for visible defects during production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
  • Work with supervisors and team members to support production goals.
  • Learn new tasks and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing conditions.
