The Manufacturing Admin role supports smooth plant operations by managing communications, compliance records, and daily reporting. It connects the plant with the regional communications team, ensures permits and licenses are up to date, and coordinates renewals with external agencies.
The role also supports business performance through KPI tracking, financial summaries, and month-end reporting—helping keep the plant organized, compliant, and focused on production and improvement.
What You'll Do
1. Plant Communication
You will serve as the point of contact between the plant and the regional communications team.
You will coordinate internal and external communications.
You will manage leadership communications to ensure clear and timely updates to the plant team.
You will support plant events, campaigns, and engagement activities by coordinating communication materials and logistics.
You will maintain and properly document communication records and materials.
2. Permit & License Management
You will manage and maintain office documentation and filing systems.
You will maintain tracking files for permits, licenses, contracts, and department records.
You will support internal documentation control and record retention processes.
You will monitor expiration dates of licenses, permits, and company documents and coordinate timely renewals.
You will coordinate with government agencies, suppliers, and service providers as required.
You will follow up on documentation submissions and approval processes to ensure compliance.
3. Administrative & Business Support
You will track KPIs and update the BPR report with the team before submitting it to the regional office.
You will prepare daily finance and cost analysis reports and provide data to support month-end closing activities.
You will prepare operating supply reports for review with the production team.
You will assist the MD (DMS) in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments.
You will support visitors and leadership by arranging accommodation bookings, coordinating workshops and meetings, and preparing required documentation.
What We're Looking For
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
You are computer literate and proficient in standard office applications.
You are able to communicate in English; proficiency is preferred.
