ResponsibilitiesAutomation Lead – Must Have
- Strong expertise in TOSCA (module creation, test case design, API automation, execution lists, Vision AI/self‑healing).
- Hands‑on experience leading automation strategy across SIT, regression, and release testing cycles.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, order lifecycle).
- Exposure to LambdaTest / BrowserStack for cross‑browser, cross‑device automation.
- Experience working with TOSCA AI capabilities, including Vision AI, intelligent object recognition, and dynamic element handling.
- Knowledge of AI‑driven automation techniques, such as auto‑generation of test scripts or AI‑based impact analysis.
- Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable, repeatable executions.
- Experience maintaining and scaling large automation suites across multiple releases.
- Strong debugging and root‑cause analysis skills for automation failures and environment issues.
- Ability to identify automation candidates and create/maintain an automation backlog aligned with QE governance.
- Hands-on experience with test data readiness for automated scenarios.
- Strong experience in requirement traceability from user stories → test cases → automated scripts (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience mentoring automation teams and enforcing QE standards, best practices, and code reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in Test Automation, with Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA, LambdaTest / BrowserStack, TOSCA AI capabilities
- Knowledge of AI‑driven automation techniques, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Leadership and team management skills.
