Job Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and, if applicable, create user stories.
- Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager.
- Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned.
- Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution.
Key Deliverables:
- Test Plans and Scripts
- Test Account Conditioning
- Execution of Testing, including stakeholder approvals (e.g., Business Test Manager, Program Manager, Business Sponsor) for closed scripts.
- Testing Exit Reports submitted by code freeze, requiring Program Manager approval and submission to the Assigned Test Manager.
- Daily Status Reports covering testing level of concern, summary, requirements, burndown plan, defect lists, tollgates, status, and test cases.
Important Considerations:
- This is an individual contributor role requiring 6-8 years of experience.
- Working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM EST (North America).
