We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who thrives in the details. You’ll be the one making sure that when we ship fast, we also ship with confidence. This role is about testing our platform end-to-end, uncovering bugs before customers do, and ensuring a smooth experience across web and mobile. You’ll be embedded in the product cycle from the start — working closely with engineers and product managers to spot issues early and push fixes quickly. - Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across frontend, backend, and integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device testing.
- Log and track bugs, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria.
- Document test plans, processes, and results.
- Provide feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.
- Contribute ideas for improving overall QA practices as we scale.
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience.
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes and defect reporting.
- Ability to write clear, detailed test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Github, or similar).
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the curiosity to dig deep into edge cases.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jest).
- Experience testing APIs (Postman, REST, GraphQL).
- Prior startup experience in fast-moving environments.
