About the role
Candidate will work as part of the global team of firmware, digital hardware and RF hardware engineers to develop cutting edge wireless broadband products and technologies.
The candidate must understand digital Wireless communications and Networking.
Candidate needs to be in Kyiv (or consider relocation). Hybrid type of work.
Knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Wireless protocols (802.11) and L2/L3 networking
- 2+ years of embedded firmware testing experience on Linux platforms
- Experience with bash/shell scripting and/or Python
- Knowledge of Jenkins, ability to build and enhance CI system
- Understanding of SW development lifecycle and related processes
- BS degree in Computer Science, or related engineering degree
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Upper Intermediate English)
- Ability to adapt and quickly pick up new technologies, ability to work productively and autonomously
Nice to have
- Groovy, Jenkins pipelines
- Git or other VCS(es)
- Experience with OpenWRT
- Experience with outdoor wireless
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits
