We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to support the end-to-end functional testing of pension processes within a new WTP (Wet toekomst pensioenen) landscape, with Festina Finance as the core pension administration system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, validating pension processes, identifying defects, and supporting the delivery of a high-quality pension solution.
This is an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Perform end-to-end functional testing of pension processes within the new WTP landscape.
- Develop and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Test pension processes and integrations involving Festina Finance.
- Identify, document, analyse, and follow up on defects.
- Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, pension specialists, and other testers.
- Support test preparation, execution, reporting, and test completion activities.
- Ensure test results are clearly documented and traceable to requirements.
- Contribute to improving test coverage, test processes, and overall quality assurance.
Skills Required
- Experience performing end-to-end functional testing of pension processes
- Experience developing and executing manual test cases from requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria
- Experience testing pension processes and integrations involving Festina Finance
- Experience identifying, documenting, analyzing, and following up on defects
- Experience with regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing

- Ability to document test results and maintain traceability to requirements
