Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing process coordinator is responsible to maintain, control, develop and improve the steering gear manufacturing core processes in the plant.
* Interface between international production and technology network (IPN/ ITR) and the plant manufacturing engineering groups
* Review and Audit core processes on a regular basis to ensure process and quality requirements are met
* Leading position in regards of process evaluation and decision making for parameter changes, process adjustments and PFMEA reviews
* Training and know how build up of maintenance and manufacturing engineering
* 3rd level support during interventions, 8Ds, problem solving for core processes
* Main focus on tightening, Joining, vision, dispensing (liquid seal + greasing)
QualificationsEducation: Engineering degree
Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Manufacturing, Process or Quality Engineer
Competencies: Result oriented, proactivity, change management, team work, negotiation skills, leadership & conflict management.
