Dexis Professional Services is seeking Manpower Operations Planners to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy. The Manpower Operations Planners will support the AC/S for Administration (G1) in planning and programming MARFOREUR/AF manpower requirements.
Responsibilities- Coordinates across the staff in order to identify and validate manning requirements for steady-state activities, exercises, operations, contingency response, crisis response, and other headquarters functions.
- Generates Manning Documents for the above manning requirements.
- Facilitates Manning Document sourcing within MARFOREUR/AF and from external force providers such as U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) and its major subordinate commands.
- Provides relevant and appropriate inputs to MARFOREUR/AF Orders and other directives.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.
- Possesses a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport.
- Has completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I.
- Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently (may be up to 25%).
- Must be able to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements.
- Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to brief senior military leaders.
- Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
