- At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 3 years of experience in Manhattan WMoS implementation & support
- At least 1 year of experience in Manhattan WMS - iSeries implementation & support
- Knowledge in MHE integration from Manhattan WmoS.
- At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
- At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
- Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps.
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Skills Required
- At least 3 years creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/process detailing
- At least 3 years Manhattan WMoS implementation and support experience

- Knowledge of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) integration from Manhattan WMoS
- At least 3 years development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment experience

- Experience leading a team of consultants to define as-is and to-be business processes
- Analytical and strong communication skills
- Planning, coordination and project management experience
- Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education)
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)
