We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of transformation tool and future data platform enhancements. This role will own end-to-end product lifecycle management and drive scalable, API-first, healthcare data integrations across internal and external ecosystems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for DataRaft AI and related data platform capabilities
- Define product direction aligned to enterprise data exchange, interoperability (FHIR), and AI-driven automation
- Continuously evaluate market needs, emerging technologies, and internal priorities to drive innovation
- Data Platform & Integration Leadership
- Lead design and execution of data ingestion, transformation, and exchange capabilities (API, batch, real-time)
- Drive scalable solutions for structured/unstructured healthcare data (EHRs, claims, SDOH, vendor feeds)
- Ensure alignment with interoperability standards (FHIR R4/R5), mapping frameworks, and data quality controls
- AI & Automation Enablement
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to embed AI capabilities (e.g., mapping, rules engines, automation workflows)
- Define use cases for intelligent automation to reduce manual data handling and improve care workflows
- Execution & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Own backlog prioritization and roadmap execution using Agile methodologies
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, sprint reviews) and ensure timely delivery
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business product owners, clinical teams, engineering, and external partners
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation
- Product Performance & Governance
- Define and track product KPIs (adoption, integration success, data quality, cost efficiency)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and enterprise data governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in product performance and operational workflows
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management
- Solid experience in:
- Data platforms / data engineering / integrations
- APIs, microservices, and data exchange architecture
- Agile product delivery and backlog management
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions
- Proven excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare domain (claims, EHR, interoperability)
- Experience with tools such as Rally, Aha!, JIRA or equivalent
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with FHIR standards (R4/R5) and healthcare data exchange models
