Essential Responsibilities
- Develop the Master production Schedule and Daily production Schedule.
- Close communication to Internal Customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goals
- Executes, Monitors and analyze, Past due, on time delivery, Attainment, adherence to production plans reports
- Look for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented)
- Coordinates requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts so that the shortest possible delay occurs for customers
- Identify and resolve any production issues or delays, Solve a variety of problems that may arise, including but not limited to, rejected parts, purchased parts availability, capacity and throughput constraints, and change in customer demands and service levels.
- Generate and present production reports to management team
- Collaborates with IT, RBS, and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systems
- Reviews and manages safety stock levels on internal parts.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
