Are you an engaged and curious student (m/f/d) who’s passionate about people development? Join our People and Culture Development Team at Continental - starting in August 2026 and experience a six-month mandatory internship filled with real impact and learning opportunities.

What you’ll be working on:

During your internship, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives: 

Learning Team, Leadership & Culture Development  

  • General HR Project Support 
  • Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office 
  • Help create SharePoint sites, learning content and Communication material
  • Support new initiatives for learning and leadership development
  • Help create Learning Content and Communication material
  • Organize virtual workshops and meetings 

Qualifications

  • A student (m/f/d) enrolled in Economic or Social Sciences (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable study fields) 
  • You have a strong interest in HR topics like Learning, Leadership Development and Culture Development  
  • You work independently, are organized and eager to learn 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus 
  • Fluent in English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks 
  • Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving, decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel)
