Job Description
The Managing Principal (MP) is responsible for realizing the full potential of a given territory through providing overall leadership & direction and creating & implementing strategic business plans. The MP is accountable for leveraging the firm’s capabilities to maximize opportunities for business development, profitability, quality client service and expansion of market share. The Managing Principal is the standard bearer for the firm and is responsible for modelling and promoting the highest standards of leadership and values.
The five areas that the MP will be measured against and is accountable and responsible for driving are:

People:
- Match and build capabilities around opportunities in territory for both owners and occupiers.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration in cross selling through functional partners
- Recruits, develops and retains the best talent in the industry according to market activation strategy
- Strengthens the capabilities of professionals in the market through enabling training, development, mentoring and coaching.
- Continuously assess individual and team performance through pipeline activity, talent review, business plans and success metrics
- Forges strong partnerships with operational and functional partners to deliver excellent and speedy results
Client:
- Steward of providing exceptional value to clients
- Drives the entire prospect-to client process including managing all client contracts (subject to DOA)
- Develops strong and meaningful client relationships
- Enhances service delivery standards and outcomes through full platform integration
- Coordinates inbound and outbound referral
Culture:
- Demonstrates and models service culture in attitude and actions
- Establishes and supports an inclusive culture through DE&I initiatives and support of our ERGs
- Fosters collaboration in market through internal communications, leadership meetings and advisory councils
- Fosters espirit des corps through deploying recognition and engagement strategies in market
