The Role

Job Highlights:

  • Lead content creation and media growth strategy for Hypebeast Indonesia, with a strong focus on social media channels.
  • Drive engagement and community growth by creating trend-driven, timely content that resonates with Hypebeast's audience.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to elevate Hypebeast Indonesia's presence in the local fashion, music, and lifestyle scenes.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate, write, and edit daily articles covering the latest trends in fashion, streetwear, music, and culture, tailored to Hypebeast Indonesia’s audience.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage the Hypebeast Indoensia’s socal media following while optimizing content for maximum impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to trends, audience feedback, and social media insights to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist Sales team in producing pitch deck to potential clients.
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Hypebeast sales & project team on ensuring smooth client activations.
  • Build relationships with local influencers, creatives, and trendsetters to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience working in Editorial position in established media company.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and editing, with a focus on social media and other key platform such as website.
  • Good knowledge of streetwear culture, trends, and influencers in the Indonesian market.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content on tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Creative, self-driven, and highly social-savvy, with a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and digital innovations.
