Managing Director, UK

fifty-five is looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead our UK business.

This is a key leadership role within fifty-five, with full responsibility for the London office: its growth, clients, people, partnerships and P&L. You will work closely with fifty-five's leadership team as well as Brandtech Group's leaders to accelerate our position as a leading data and AI consultancy.

The role

As Managing Director, you will:

• Drive growth: own the UK growth strategy, originate new business, develop our sales pipeline and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Lead our clients: build trusted relationships with C-level executives and act as executive sponsor for our most strategic accounts.
• Own the P&L: take responsibility for revenue, profitability, forecasting, investments and resource allocation.
• Lead our people: attract exceptional talent, develop the leadership team and create a high-performing, entrepreneurial and inclusive culture.
• Accelerate Data & AI: identify new opportunities across AI, data, cloud and marketing transformation, ensuring our proposition stays ahead of the market.
• Manage strategic partnerships: strengthen relationships with key technology partners, particularly Google and Google Cloud, and turn them into joint opportunities and growth.
• Represent fifty-five: raise our profile through industry relationships, events, PR and thought leadership.
• Group collaboration: partner with teams and leaders of other UK entities of the Brandtech Group.

About you

You are an established senior leader, ideally from consulting, data, technology or digital transformation, and have held a role such as Partner, Managing Director or VP.

You combine a strong track record in business development and P&L leadership with the ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and lead high-performing teams.

You understand the rapidly evolving data, AI and cloud ecosystem, are comfortable engaging with senior technology partners, and have the entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow a business.

Above all, you are someone who can move naturally between winning a major client, advising a CEO, developing your leadership team and making the decisions required to run a successful business.
