As the Managing Director, Strategic Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global impact by developing and managing market-relevant strategies and programs focused on enhancing Customer and Employee Experience.  
 
As the Managing Director, Strategic Advisory, you will provide leadership, multi-disciplinary business development acumen, and day-to-day management to ensure the profitable operation, growth, and development of the global team. With an intentional focus on Culture Transformation, Change Management, Leadership Development, Enablement and Learning while inspiring highly talented people, be the champion for change, and take on key initiatives to advance Bond’s business strategy and initiatives. The Team: 
 
We lead a Global multi-disciplinary Customer Experience (CX) practice that integrates 
Customer Intelligence, Strategy, Digital Experience, Employee Experience, Culture Transformation, Coaching & Sustainment, Operations, and CX Measurement into a CX single, unified system, ensuring that insight doesn’t remain theoretical, but is translated into actionable, enterprise-wide impact. 
We help organizations understand what matters most to customers and employees, design experiences that deliver on those needs, and build the organizational capability to sustain and scale those experiences over time. 
Are You the One?
  • Master’s degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 15+ years of working experience in a Professional Services agency environment.
  • 8-10 years of management experience leading and inspiring teams.
  • Financial acumen with a proven track record of full P&L responsibility managing a business unit.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills – ability to counsel, coach, develop, and achieve results through others.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of bringing new offerings to market, able to blend multi-disciplinary approaches into differentiated solutions.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and industry dynamics with ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience and success identifying growth opportunities and developing new business.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

A Day in the Life:
  • Leads the delivery and growth of an integrated CX practice connecting customer intelligence, strategy, experience design, and organisational enablement to drive measurable client outcomes and sustained business impact.
  • Develop and implement business, growth, and operational plans and establish and lead vision and strategic direction to drive growth and support Bond’s short and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Drive practice growth through client expansion, new business development, and cross-functional solutioning 
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and capability development
  • Build and manage high-performing teams across strategy, design, analytics, and enablement disciplines 
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across practices to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
  • Manage the team to achieve Financial, Client, Operational, and People results consistent with Bond balanced scorecard objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the team, promote a positive work environment.
  • Teach, inspire, and build capacity across multiple disciplines.
  • Evolve and innovate Bond’s Strategic Advisory solutions to meet the current and future needs of the market and our clients.

Operational Efficiency: Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, measured through project delivery timelines and resource utilization. 
Innovation and Growth: Evolve and innovate Bond’s Strategic Advisory solutions to meet current and future market needs, measured through the successful launch of new offerings and market share growth. 
Partnership: Partner with client leaders from across Bond and their teams to foster client satisfaction, growth within existing clients, and new business development. 
Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with Bond’s champions within client organizations. 
Benefits
Compensation: Annual compensation is expected to exceed $200,000 CAD; details to be shared if selected for an interview.

The actual base salary compensation will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
