What You’ll Be Doing:

Leveraged Loan Administration and Administrative Agent Services play an important role in supporting the execution and ongoing management of complex financing transactions across the capital markets business. As an Executive Director/Managing Director, you'll lead the end-to-end operational lifecycle for leveraged finance transactions, from origination and underwriting through closing and portfolio servicing. You'll build and strengthen infrastructure that supports primary and secondary bank loan and high yield trade execution, while helping ensure transactions are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business priorities. You'll oversee third-party vendor relationships, support capital and funding optimization for revolving credit facilities and underwriting commitments, and guide new product governance and approval activity. You'll work closely with business, risk, legal, technology, finance, and operations partners to deliver strong execution and scalable processes. In this leadership role, you'll also help shape the operating model, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team aligned to strategic growth.

How You’ll Succeed:

  • Operational leadership - Lead end-to-end transaction lifecycle management across leveraged loan and related financing activity, ensuring strong execution from deal origination through closing and ongoing portfolio administration.

  • Trade and closing support - Direct operational support for primary and secondary bank loan and high yield trades, with a focus on timely closings, risk awareness, and a strong client and stakeholder experience.

  • Infrastructure and team development - Build and enhance the operating infrastructure for a capital markets-oriented business line, including processes, controls, workflows, and team capabilities that support scale and efficiency.

  • Funding and balance sheet management - Partner with internal stakeholders to support capital and funding optimization for revolving credit facilities and underwriting commitments.

  • Governance and risk management - Oversee new product governance and approval processes, helping ensure operational readiness, effective controls, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

  • Partnership and vendor oversight - Manage key third-party vendor relationships and collaborate across front office, legal, finance, risk, and technology teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver business objectives.

Who You Are:

  • You have deep industry experience. You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets operations, ideally within leveraged finance, at a global corporate and investment bank.

  • You’re an experienced people leader. You have experience developing and implementing strategic team goals. You have experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance.

  • You can build for scale. You have experience building and managing infrastructure teams that support a capital markets-oriented line of business, with a focus on effective processes, strong controls, and operational excellence.

  • Your influence makes a difference. You know that relationships and networks are essential to success. You inspire outcomes by sharing your expertise.

  • You act like an owner. You thrive when you're empowered to take initiative, go above and beyond, and deliver results.

  • You have a degree/diploma in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

  • Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work, and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
