Job DescriptionTradewin is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead our TradeDesk operations focused on dedicated key account operations as well as one of the HTS Classification verticals. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 15–20 operational employees focused on:
- HTS Classification
- Shipment Management
- Document Generation
- Partner Government Agency (PGA) Requirements
The Managing Consultant will report directly to the Senior Manager of TradeDesk and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the TradeDesk team.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of HTS classification and shipment document creation.
- Oversee compliance with PGA requirements and other regulatory obligations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage customer escalations and relationships to enhance customer partnerships.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management for team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in HTS Classification, trade compliance, customs operations, or international logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
