  • Support clients navigating AASB S2 and ideally contribute experience with voluntary frameworks such as ISSB S1, GRI and SASB.

Client and Project Delivery

  • Work effectively within multi‑disciplinary project structures, collaborating with ERM subject‑matter experts across climate science, engineering, ecology and other disciplines.

  • Build strong working relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Support project scoping, planning, budgeting and delivery, including project accounting fundamentals.

  • Think strategically to support decision‑makers and contribute to high‑quality project outcomes.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capability, excellent writing and presentation skills, and confidence facilitating workshops and senior‑level discussions.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Mentor junior staff in project execution and contribute to internal technical reviews.

  • Break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks for diverse technical specialists.

  • Collaborate internally to bring integrated ERM services to clients and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in sustainability or a directly related field, with the ability to provide case studies as evidence.

  • Strong technical capability across sustainability strategy, climate risk, transition planning or disclosure frameworks.
