We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Demand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the demand planning process and managing a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in demand management and portfolio oversight.
How You Add Value
Demand Planning:
- Partner with Revantage People & Culture functional leaders and key stakeholders across portfolio companies as part of the intake process for enhancement or project requests.
- Design and implement a process to understand desired business outcomes, implementation costs/resources required for execution, and assess timelines for requests and activities requiring People Technology support.
Portfolio Management:
- Establish a governance council and facilitate regular review of the People Technology portfolio.
- Manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource availability.
- Facilitate the prioritization of projects based on business value, risk, and resource constraints.
- Track project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and track portfolio and / or project budgets
- Partner with vendors to facilitate SOW development, review and approval process with vendors and Revantage teams (e.g., Legal, Procurement, Technology, etc.)
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Revantage and our portfolio partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on demand and portfolio strategies.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding demand forecasts, project status, and resource allocation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics and other tools to generate insights and drive decision making.
- Prepare and present reports on demand trends, project performance, and portfolio health.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in demand and portfolio management.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with demand fluctuations and project execution.
- Develop and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations and project delivery.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand management, portfolio management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Jira for project management preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing an HR portfolio of projects highly preferred.
