Your Role
- Developing the Dream Sports procurement transformation implementation strategy, and execution plan.
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities for cost savings and ways to improve performance and developing and implementing best practices.
- Establishing standards and driving processes for efficient delivery.
- Ability to establish lean processes/methods to constantly remove redundancies and enhance productivity/ROI.
- Ability to close the best deals (across all departments) commercially with enough market inputs/comparisons/technical understanding.
- Driving the Dream Sports procurement automation strategy, and execution plan and getting the best tools for improvement of procurement efficiency.
Qualifiers
- Handled Procurement automation/transformation project in last 3 years.
- Handled technology procurement in last 5 years.
- Expertise/certification in Spend Analytics, RCA tools, lean processes and 6 sigma.
