Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role

Skills Required
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar, or busy hospitality venue
