- Uniqus is seeking professionals
for our Risk & Controls team. As an Associate Director/Director, you will
work with clients to provide high-quality Enterprise Risk Management,
Governance and Business Continuity advisory services set out above. You will be
responsible to maintain client relationships with senior stakeholders, work
with Partner as well as mentor the team members apart from providing support on
our business development and practice management initiatives.
- Responsibilities:
- Participate in business
development activities and contribute to proposal development.
- Manage client relationships and
act as a point of contact for clients.
- Project management
- Should have lead end to end implementation
of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management or Corporate
Governance (having knowledge of UAE and US Corporate Governance law is a plus)
- Should have sound technical
knowledge of ERM and working knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM framework.
Extensive experience of implementing Risk appetite and tolerance limits. Should
have worked on at least 15-20 client engagements of end-to-end ERM Framework,
ERM policy, Risk Assessment and reporting to Senior Management and Board
- Should have experience of working
on end to end BCM implementation including but not limited to Business Impact
Analysis, Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Strategies, Crisis Management and
Business Continuity Plans (having worked on IT Disaster Recovery is plus)
- Should have experience of working
on Corporate Governance including but not limited to Board and board matters,
Strategic and Operational Delegation of Authority, Polices and Procedures
(having knowledge of Companies act (India), SCA (UAE) and SEC (US) requirements
is a plus)
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Stay up to date on developments on
laws and regulations governing ERM, BCM and Corporate Governance in India, UAE
and US.
- Ability to manage multiple
engagements and deadlines.

work independently.

Compliance consulting to clients which includes support on building and
implementing end to end ERM, BCM, Corporate Governance and related matters. The incumbent will work for top global clients
across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.

Skills Required
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Risk, Controls, ERM or BCM
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ERM implementations, ERM policy, risk assessment and senior management/board reporting (15-20 client engagements)
- Working knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM framework
- Experience implementing risk appetite and tolerance limits
- End-to-end BCM implementation experience, including Business Impact Analysis, crisis management and Business Continuity Plans
- Experience with Corporate Governance matters: board matters, delegation of authority, policies and procedures
- Certifications in ERM (e.g., IRM, ISO 31000) and/or BCM (e.g., ISO 22301, CBCP, CBCI)
- Qualified CA or MBA
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members
- Demonstrable business development and proposal contribution experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice
- Knowledge of UAE and US corporate governance law
- Familiarity with Companies Act (India), SCA (UAE) and SEC (US) requirements
- Experience with IT Disaster Recovery
