About the role
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing backgrinding equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. This role includes overseeing equipment installation, upgrades, and calibration while ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Suports root cause anlaysis (RCA), FMEA and implement procative /preventive actions (CAPA)
What you will do
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of back grinding equipment.
- Ensures high equipment uptime, stability, and process quality through proactive maintenance strategies and technical problem-solving.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and cleanroom protocols.
What you will need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 7-12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Previous experience in process or equipment engineering or a similar technical role in a semiconductor production environment is essential.
