Job Requirements for Customer Quality Manager (Dale Division) in Tokyo
Summary of Position
Manages the daily process of opening new Domestic and International complaint files, assigning complaints, updating the complaints database, tracking complaint investigation status, assisting in the completion of failure investigations, obtaining signatures, generation of responses to customers and filing complaints.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop Customer Satisfaction Goals: Coordinate with teams to consistently meet these goals.
- Implement Feedback Systems: Understand customer experiences and gather feedback.
- Analyze Complaints and Feedback: Identify areas for improvement.
- Create Improvement Strategies: Enhance the overall customer experience
- Report to Senior Management: Provide regular updates on customer satisfaction and service quality
Other Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Generate insights based on understanding of these problems to improve products, processes, and programs
- Participates in strategic planning to improve customer responses in terms of quality and timeliness.
- Assure high level of Customer satisfaction within the region
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and practices.
Experience
- 5+ Years of job-related experience required,
- Knowledge of statistical applications and auditing practices preferred.
- Individual contributor preferred.
Education
BS in Engineering
Quality Management Certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 IATF & VD 6.3) is a plus
Skills
Japanese in native level, English in business level
