Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Manager to join our team. You will be actively involved in the development and growth of BeyondFS, deliver client engagements, and manage internal projects. Successful candidate must be able to evidence:

  • 6+ years of financial services experience within a top-tier consulting firm or boutique consultancy
  • Consulting experience that includes, but is not limited to, work within investment banking/capital markets, corporate banking or Insurance.
  • Leading and delivering large-scale complex transformation projects or workstreams within larger programmes as well as owning, creating high quality business analysis deliverables
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle from project scoping requirements gathering and design, through to implementation, testing, training and transition to BAU
  • Track record of managing strong client relationships, leading client engagement and accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and sales and contributing to developing proposals
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to develop solutions and drive digital efficiencies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Support the development of others within the team, training and coaching more junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and experience
  • Proficient in MS office, carry the skills to handle large data sets, and be comfortable communicating complex ideas and proposals to clients.

Skillset/Desirable – To be changed as per skillset requirement

  • Has worked on multiple projects, and started to develop a specialism in delivering financial services transformation projects and programmes focused on financial crime operations.
  • Is comfortable helping to support the definition, design and implementation of operating models associated with these areas, and is able to advise clients in by articulating the typical challenges experienced and how these can be managed.
  • Is familiar with key industry vendors and technology capabilities able to support our clients in delivering their transformation objectives
  • Has a working knowledge of the regulatory environment in which our clients operate and the typical requirements of a major financial institution

Remuneration and benefits

You will be recognised and rewarded with:

  • Competitive renumeration: This is made up of a base salary from £80,000 depending on experience, plus 20% bonus based on company and personal performance.
  • Leave: 25 days holiday increasing by a day for each year in service to a total of 29 days (plus we will give you your birthday off)
  • Additional leave: you can buy extra days up to a maximum of 30 per year
  • Flexible benefits: £3000 annual allowance from day one of employment for you to allocate as you wish. Choose from benefits such as private medical insurance, critical illness cover, buy additional holiday or take the amount as extra cash if you prefer and electric car and ride to work schemes available on successful completion of your probationary period.

Our culture and team spirit are a key part of who we are and the business we all want to be part of. We encourage all of our team to collaborate and share knowledge working from our office whenever possible. We work in our serviced office space in London, with client-based working when needed.
